Benign Positional Vertigo

I have it. I have no idea how it happened, but it is making my life quite a bit more complicated at the moment. It says in this article that a yoga posture called the “down dog”, or Pilates are sometimes the trigger. The slightest turn of the head or looking up can cause the room to spin. I feel quite floaty and out-of-body somehow. Strange. Very strange and I hope it repairs itself quickly...

Google "benign positional vertigo" to read about a series of positional changes that can assist you. Epley proceedure is one of these.

Fortunately, my vertigo cleared up in about a week - I just kept moving and doing yoga as usual and it improved each day.
